Dedicated IT teams

Your IT team — without hiring one from scratch.

We place named engineers against your environment. They learn your users, your stack, and your change windows. This is not a shared L1 queue that rediscovers your tenant on every ticket.

What usually breaks

Internal IT is a mix of password resets, tenant drift, unpatched servers, and a single person who knows the firewall. Hiring a full desk is slow and expensive. A faceless help desk is cheap until the first incident. Dedicated, co-managed crews sit in the middle: ownership, SLAs, and context that compounds.

What the team owns

Ticket handling

Intake, classification, and resolution on your ITSM or ours. Priority SLAs — not “we’ll get back to you.” Escalation paths you can see.

Infrastructure maintenance

Endpoints, servers, backups, network devices, patching, and monitoring of the estate we agree is in scope.

Tenant administration

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace: identity, licensing, mail, SharePoint/Drive, groups, MFA, Conditional Access or equivalent, and joiners/leavers.

On-prem and hybrid

Active Directory, file services, line-of-business servers, VPN, and the ugly middle between cloud identity and the machine room.

How dedicated differs from shared support

Shared pools rotate. Dedicated people accumulate tribal knowledge — which is exactly what you lose when IT is “whoever is free.”

Named crew

You know who is on the account. They attend your stand-ups if you want them to, and they write runbooks in your language.

Co-managed or fully outsourced

Keep a CIO or office manager in the loop; we take L1–L3. Or we run the function end to end. Scope is written down.

Security hygiene by default

MFA, least privilege, offboarding the same day, admin role review. This is how we keep the IT practice aligned with our compliance work.

Quarterly business reviews

Ticket trends, risk, licensing waste, and a 90-day plan — so IT is not only firefighting.

Onboarding

  1. 1. Access and inventory

Read-only first, then privileged under change control. Asset and tenant inventory you can audit.

  2. 2. Runbooks and SLAs

Priorities, channels (phone, email, portal), hours, and what is out of scope.

  3. 3. Steady state

Tickets, patching, tenant hygiene, backup checks, and documented changes.

  4. 4. Improve

QBR, identity cleanup, and projects (migrations, new sites) as separate, priced work if they exceed BAU.

What you should feel after 90 days

  • A named team that already knows your exceptions
  • Joiners and leavers that do not leak access
  • Patch and backup status you can show an auditor
  • Fewer “only one person knows this” moments

FAQ

Do you work inside our ticketing tool?
Yes, when it is reasonable. We can also provide a portal. The contract states which system is the source of truth.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace in the same company?
Common after mergers. We administer both, and we will tell you where identity should consolidate.
On-site or remote?
Remote-first for most of the work. Physical tasks are scoped — we do not pretend a rack move is a ticket.
Can this support SOC 2 or ISO evidence?
Yes. Access reviews, change tickets, and backup tests from BAU IT are exactly what those audits sample. We run IT so the evidence exists.
